TPI bolts are car fasteners of a unique design. When TPI created this type of bolt for the European market, it decided to go far beyond industry standards and bring the product to a market that is unparalleled in quality. Thus, the TPI product exceeds customer expectations.
Cold forging bolts are designed for superior strength and durability of products. The bolt material is SCM435 steel (the nearest domestic analogues are AS38HGM-structural steel with increased cutting machinability; 35KHML-alloy steel for castings; 35KHM-heat-resistant relaxation-resistant Steel), chrome vanadium or chromium with molybdenum.
Cold-stamping bolts can reach a strength of 12.9 units, are covered with a triple Nickel-chrome coating and are 100% checked manually and visually. These bolts are manufactured to meet or even exceed OEM standards for safety and durability.
Forged bolts for your wheels are produced by cold forging using a press with a compression force of 250,000 kg. Suitable for disks with 20 mm wide holes for nuts/bolts.
Compatible with 17 mm hex socket head. These bolts have a patented flower-shaped head design that reduces its weight, and also reduces the likelihood of the bolt's corners being torn off when the force is increased when twisting/unscrewing, since it has more faces to touch the key.
