All AEM digital gauges have the analog output of 0-5 volts to output the mixture data loggers and any engine control units. Every poisoner comes with a black and silver bezel and black and white front panel, allowing you to combine colors and choose the design that suits your taste.
The Bosch UEGO sensor gives the controller AEM UEGO SHLZ its accuracy and the severity of the reactions. The Bosch 4.9 LSU sensor used in the 30-4110 AEM heats up faster and consumes less current than the 4.2 LSU sensor used in the controller AEM 30-4100. LSU 4.9 has the same compatibility with fuels and 4.2 LSU and NEVER requires calibration in air (free-air calibration) when used with SHLZ controller AEM UEGO 30-4110. Lambda probe Bosch LSU 4.9 has a different connector than from LSU 4.2 supplied complete with sensor, AEM UEGO 30-4100. These sensors are not interchangeable in any way, even by alteration of the connector.
SHLZ sensor AEM UEGO just a necessary thing if You want to get maximum power and reliability of Your motor. When configuring the motor the exact readings of the mixture is critical, as motor work in a very rich mixture can cause a loss of power, and work in poor can lead to serious engine damage. Sensor AEM UEGO mixture will immediately show You even the smallest change in the composition of the mixture and You will have enough time to kill the engine (or let off the gas) before there is damage.
Can I change the connector of the oxygen sensor AEM UEGO?
No. The connector housing is a calibrated resistor. This resistor is specifically calibrated for that sensor. Replacing the resistor will result in incorrect readings of the sensor.
